How do I measure myself?
Use a soft measuring tape. For jackets: chest (fullest part), waist, shoulder width, sleeve length (shoulder to wrist), back length. For pants: waist, inseam, hip, thigh. We provide a detailed measurement guide after you place your order.
Can I request custom changes?
Yes! Every piece is made to order. You can request color combinations, hardware changes, pocket configurations, lining options, and more. Include your requests in the order notes.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production takes 10-14 business days. Shipping adds 5-7 business days for standard, or 2-3 days for express. You receive a tracking number as soon as your piece ships.
